Wow. All I can say is that the birth of our second son was here at this hospital. Every single staff/team member who assisted us for the 3 days we were there went above and beyond. Each one showed us so much kindness, compassion and professionalism.
I know I'm the dad in this scenario so my opinion doesn't seem to matter as much but his floor is awesome! They not only took care of my wife with excellent care but made sure I was comfortable and taken care of too. It's not about me nor should it be but they still made it feel like a special day too.
Second pregnancy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here at Labor and Delivery. My first born at Provo hospital was a nicu baby, full term, 40 weeks- on O2 for meconium, so of course I was on edge with ptsd from that.
I delivered both my babies here, first in 2023, second in 2024, and couldn’t have had a more positive experience! All of the nurses are absolutely wonderful!! I felt very supported and cared for at every step of the way, from my labor, to postpartum, to caring for my baby and discharge.
