The care I received at Saint Thomas Rutherford was truly exceptional. It is without a doubt the best place you could choose to bring your baby into the world. From the medical team to the nurses and every member of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive.
I arrived on 2/23/26 with calcium count of 16.9....waaayyy too high I didn't know I was as sick as I was. I don't remember anything after we arrived in the ER lobby. I was there for 8 days, which 4 1/2 of those days I can't remember. My heart stopped I'm told 5 times, quit breathing, I think 3 or 4 times.
I am writing to share my feedback following my recent first-time experience in your Emergency Room and my subsequent hospital admission. Overall, my experience was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
Recently was at Ascension ST Rutherford for my husband’s surgery. Check in was efficient, using a tablet. Doctors office had not provided our secondary insurance and the staff was very quick to get that corrected. The surgery waiting area staff sent a text link for following his progress through the process.
