Just to start off, the ladies at the front desk do amazing work and have great customer service, followed by the process to the other rooms which makes this place very unique and special, creating an at home environment type of feeling. Daniela and Jashira are extremely patient and very informed.
I want to preface this review by saying that I mean no ill will with my opinion, I’m simply mentioning this because I really do love my MidWife and I’m hoping that if she reads this she continues to strive to do better.
First time coming here today and I will say it is decent. The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. The midwife Cohava made me feel comfortable and put me at ease during my visit. She gave answers to all the concerns I had. I would give this place 5 stars if there was more seating available for patients.
After interviewing a few midwives I was extremely happy with the way cohava was very thorough and explained everything every step of the way. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable. It was a long drive but I was happy I made the trip down there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
