Where to find Austin Area Birthing Center
What parents say
We had the most amazing experience here! This was our first pregnancy and came to the birthing center only 6 weeks before we delivered, but they were great about scheduling my appointments so that I could meet each midwife before we delivered.
From the very beginning of our pregnancy through newborn checkups and postpartum care, we received nothing but the best care from AABC North. My wife, the non-carrying parent, was consistently included and respected as an equal parent, which is something we quickly realized is rare during pregnancy, even in many LGBT…
As someone whose delivery ultimately ended up at the hospital, I still could not recommend AABC more!!! For prenatal care they were always on time for appointments yet never made me feel rushed at all when I was in mine. The midwives listen well and do a great job helping educate you through the process.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at AABC. From our very first visit through the birth of our daughter and into postpartum care, we felt completely supported, cared for, and genuinely seen.
