A very long overdue review for one of the most amazing, humble, and angelic midwives to exist. Janna was an assisting midwife for my identical twins in December of 2022. She was the first to arrive when my twin A’s water broke. And she truly set the whole tone for that night. Calm, secure, comfortable, safe.
Janna was wonderful to work with during my pregnancy and birth. She is very kind and compassionate, while also being professional and knowledgable in having a safe home birth. I am so thankful she was with us in the birth of our child.
I stand in awe every time my mind goes back to our 3 homebirths, each one a miracle all its own. My review will come from a different vantage point since I was there when Janna was on the other side, as the mama.
Janna was always so calm. I’d go to my OB’s office and feel anxiety and just knew I didn’t want to be there and then I’d have my appointment with Janna and she was always so knowledgeable and peaceful and would discuss any fears I had and knew what mine and my husbands wishes were.
