I have had 3 of my 5 births with midwife Justine. The first two babies I had in the hospital. The next two were at home under Justine’s care and my fifth baby was born at the Bakersfield Birth Center with Justine.
Justine is a midwife you and your family can TRUST. We’ve heard a lot of “horror” stories about labor and birth, so we decided, for our first pregnancy, that we would try the birth center and midwife route. The day we met Justine, we felt a huge relief as first time parents.
I would definitely recommend Justine. I decided to go this route after two horrible deliveries at a local hospital. I mentally needed a delivery that was more relaxed. I got everything I wanted and needed for my birth. The birth suite was beautiful and accommodating.
I cannot adequately put into words the ways in which Justine and her staff have beautifully shaped the two pregnancies and births I experienced at the Bakersfield Birth Center. Justine is a doing important work with such compassion and knowledge.
