Where to find Bearth Midwifery
What parents say
Gloria was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was a great support to my wife and to me. She used her knowledge to be helpful and provide options for us, whereas some other doctors have used their knowledge to push us in directions we didn't want to go.
This is my very first time writing a review about someone, and it took me longer than I’d like to admit to find the right words for such a significant experience. I truly wanted to do Gloria justice. I cannot recommend Gloria highly enough as a midwife.
Gloria is such an incredible midwife. I’ve had 5 home births with four different midwives in four different states, and my experiences with Gloria were my most peaceful and life-giving births.
Gloria is one of the best people I've ever met. She is always available to provide comfort and reassurance, which I needed a lot of. During labor, she gave me the courage and confidence to trust and listen to my body, and she was more than a shoulder to cry on when it got intense.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Bearth Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Bearth Midwifery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Bearth Midwifery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Bearth Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (214) 717-0689 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
