Tara Stephen is amazing! I had two hospital births, the second being a c section. We chose to have a homebirth after having a very negative experience with our last. We interviewed Tara and knew right away that she was what we were looking for. My labor with my third baby was very long and I was struggling to relax.
We loved our experience with Tara!! I moved to the area at 35 weeks pregnant and she took me into her care for the last 6 weeks I was pregnant. I was so grateful she took me so late into pregnancy and we established a great relationship in that short time.
I have had 3 hospital births and with my 4th child I decided to have a home birth. I found Tara Stephen and was really nervous at first, but Tara's calmness put me at ease. I loved my prenatal appointments! Tara was respectful and empathetic, so much different than the doctors visits I had before.
Tara came at the recommendation of my sister and a coworker. We had a wonderful home birth experience with Tara. She was so attentive to me, far more than any Dr had been. I saw a regular Dr until 20 weeks before switching to Tara and I saw her more in my first visit than I saw the other Dr every visit combined.
