Where to find Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy
What parents say
The BEST pelvic floor PTs in Rochester! Dr. Autumn and Dr. Amy are incredible, providing compassionate and individual care to their patients. And they make you feel so safe and so heard, which is extra important with such vulnerable work. I'm so grateful to have their support during my pregnancy and beyond!
I cannot say enough great things about Amy and her clinic, Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy. I was unsure what to expect and initially felt nervous talking about my pelvic floor and problems postpartum. I waited until I was about 7 months postpartum and my only regret is that I wish I saw her sooner.
Amy and her team at Birth and Bloom are truly fantastic! I’ve enjoyed attending prenatal yoga and receiving prenatal massage. The environment is calm and welcoming. Their care is custom tailored to each individual. Their approach to care is very holistic. Birth and Bloom is a staple for women’s health in Rochester.
I’ve really enjoyed going to Birth & Bloom during my pregnancy! Amy, Autumn, and Sam are all so kind, helpful, and outstanding at what they do. The yoga classes were the highlight of my week during my third trimester when feeling very big and everything seemed so cumbersome. Also Sam’s prenatal massage was divine 🙌
Frequently asked questions
- Is Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as pregnancy care center and health consultant, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (585) 484-0624 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
