I had Heather as my midwife for my first baby in March. The care, attentiveness, and knowledge is unmatched. I did a lot of research before choosing my midwife and couldn’t find anyone in the SA area that gave me the confidence of care that Heather provided.
I found out I was pregnant in April of 2023 and knew I wanted to have a home birth. I was referred to Heather by a family friend’s midwife, and after our first conversation I knew she’d be the one to deliver my baby. From our first appointment I immediately felt comfortable and cared for.
I have to say I was really skeptical about the home birth as an option for us. My wife felt good about her connection with Birth Bliss Midwifery and so we took this big step. (This was our first home birth after 2 others in the hospital) I have to say, I was truly blown away.
we are not originally from the area, so i was nervous about finding a new trusted midwife. there are so many options in the area, and that was a bit overwhelming for me, having so many choices. when i came across heather’s website, i could just see and feel her vibe. same with my midwives we had back in our old state.
