The staff here goes above and beyond with everything they do. We gave birth to our second child here, and the staff made us feel at home at all times. They welcome you in immediately and make you feel like part of the family.
One month ago I had the best birth experience I could have asked for thanks to the Birth Center of Bloomington Normal and their amazing midwives, especially Amy who let me squeeze her hand the whole time, rubbed my back, grabbed me a cold rag, and told me reassuring things the entire time.
I've delivered two children now at the Birth Center, and I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff here. Everyone is fantastic-- very friendly and welcoming. I felt very safe and cared for with both of my deliveries, and also at my pre/postnatal appointments.
Hospitality is unbelievably good. My wife felt welcome and comfortable and the staff did an exceptional job leading her through her labor and including me in the process. They go above and beyond to provide a calming environment.
