Wow, I am so glad I did this. It was hands down the best thing I did for myself during pregnancy. I knew I wanted to take a birth class, and I am SO GLAD I did a more in depth one focused in hypnobirthing.
Care has such a wealth of knowledge that was so helpful on top of what I’ve been studying to prepare for birth. She gave my husband so much more confidence and direction in his role of supporting me (as well as confidence I needed in my husband to feel I can rely on him 100%).
My husband and I took the hypnobirthing class with Care this fall and it was a great experience. Care is an engaging and thoughtful teacher. She has a wealth of knowledge and provides a ton of research as well and individualized care in her sessions.
Couldn't be better! You seriously won't regret taking classes with Care and The Birth Education Center. We did our classes virtually, and I was really not looking forward to a 3 hour video call in the evening after work, and Care always made it engaging, lively, and of course extremely educational.
