What parents say
I actually came here for a well woman’s check up with a PAP smear and Blood work. I was having some issues (bleeding heavily and clotting) when I should have been ovulating. I do not have insurance. I heard about this place from a friend.
I can’t express how much I love this place. It’s become my home away from home, and I genuinely miss being there! Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend Bliss. I took my tour at 5 weeks and even though I had tours scheduled at other birth centers, I cancelled them and booked my initial appointment at Bliss.
One of the absolute best experiences of my entire life so far. From the moment we stepped into Bliss, I knew I wanted to have my second baby there. Having birthed my first in a hospital , I knew I wanted a different atmosphere for my second birth and I got everything I wanted and more at Bliss.
Best experience ever! I would have another child in there but I have 4 already! The atmosphere is so calming, soothing and incredibly positive. Trish and her team are amazing! They truly care for you and your baby ❤️
Frequently asked questions
- Is Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Bliss Women's Wellness & Birth Center accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (936) 271-4902 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
