Where to find Celestial Midwifery
What parents say
My family and I are so grateful for Chelsey! I was lucky to have her for two of my births, I can’t say enough how much we loved having her there. The most calm/comforting/sweet and safe presence. I will always recommend her, she is truly incredible 🤍
From the very minute I reached out to Chelsey she was supportive in exactly the way I was looking for. Throughout my pregnancy all of my concerns were met with care and reassurance and she was constantly checking on my mental health and overall wellbeing.
I couldn’t recommend Chelsey enough if you are looking for a home birth provider who will help you to feel validated, supported, and confident going into your birth experience. Chelsey has taken care of me prenatally and delivered my last two children, most recently my son who was our first home birth.
Chelsey has been a one of the Gennisi midwives that have been part of our journey growing our family. She's has such a calm and supportive presence, puts families first, and does a great job interacting with older siblings too.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Celestial Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Celestial Midwifery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Celestial Midwifery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Celestial Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Reach out through their website — use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
