Where to find Chicagoland Birth and Baby
What parents say
We hired Tia Wente and Rachel Bolin for our birth and were hoping for a VBAC. I was weary of hiring an doula because of a bad experience at my first birth and had a lot of ptsd and trust issues going into this birth but Tia ended up being the perfect doula.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with CBB! My birth journey was anything but straightforward—longer than expected, which led me to switch doulas from Amanda to Rachel. I had to move from a birth center to the hospital and even ended up opting for an epidural instead of an unmedicated birth.
Outstanding! I cannot compliment them enough. I had two prior cesareans. My first birth was extremely difficult and caused me postpartum anxiety. Thanks to these amazing doulas, I was able to have a vbac after two cesareans, and have a beautiful experience.
I just had my second baby and this is my second time working with Chicagoland Birth & Baby. I met with Tia and Lisa separately to go over birth prep and coping mechanisms. I was so grateful to have Lisa with me for my first birth as well as my most recent birth.
