Where to find Cosmos Midwifery
What parents say
My partner and I often say that working with Chloe & Jenna was the best decision we've ever made. As first-time parents, we loved how Chloe & Jenna guided us - sharing so much wisdom, responding compassionately to our questions, supporting us through decisions, always asking for consent for things that we take for…
There just aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Cosmos Midwifery is! I'm so grateful to have trusted them with such an important journey in my life. I had the most beautiful, calm, home water birth as a first-time mom and trusted my midwife, Jenna, throughout the whole process to guide my husband and I.
I highly recommend Jenna and Chloe at Cosmos Midwifery for all things, conception, prenatal care, birth and beyond! I first met Chloe and Cosmos Midwifery when my partner and I were dreaming of having a baby, so reached out for a conception consultation.
There is so much to say about how much I loved Chloe's care and how much it has impacted my outlook on all care providers. Chloe was my midwife throughout my pregnancy, postpartum care, insertion of my IUD and a general check up to make sure my IUD was still in place a couple years later.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Cosmos Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Cosmos Midwifery offer water birth?
- Their own website mentions water birth or birthing tubs. Tub availability can change and eligibility depends on your situation, so confirm directly with the facility and your provider.
- Does Cosmos Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (347) 201-0469 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
