So I went into Cox Health thinking that it was going to be full of “mean people” due to all the reviews I’ve seen.. but I let myself be the judge instead of all these reviews..
I had a scheduled cesarean March 5th. My check-in time was 5:00 a.m. and I can say the front desk was beyond patient with me especially with me being tired and a bunch of nerves. The labor and delivery team I believe my nurse was Tanya, I hope I'm not spelling her name wrong. Absolutely an ANGEL.
I see many negative reviews. I found the Cox facility to be exceptional. The staff are very busy so one one moves fast. I have been to many other hospitals around the world. I am happy that Cox is available to me in my home area.
From the moment we got there until the moment we were released we were treated with upmost respect and care. My wife was scheduled for a c-section on Monday June 7th. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, respectful, and patient with us.
