Where to find Crouse Hospital
What parents say
I recently ended up going to the ER at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. I was in excruciating abdominal pain, and seen after only waiting a half hour or so. While it took a while to get imaging done, the ER staff were all so kind and helpful. Doing what they could to try and relieve my pain and give me fluids.
It is impossible to rate any hospital w 5 stars. But I've had 20 surgeries, 15 major, so I know hospitals. They will never please everyone. Crouse does the best they can to make your stay pleasant.
Our family had a devastating event occur which recently landed a loved one in the ICU. From the beginning to end, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and stellar communication. We are deeply appreciative of the care given both to ourselves and our loved one during our time there.
I am beyond grateful for the incredible nursing staff (particularly Missy & Olga…but everyone of them were great) who cared for me after my surgery on the 5th floor of Crouse Hospital surgery care.
