Funny enough, I didn't hire Elaine because she was going to be on vacation during my due date BUT she ended up working alongside the midwife I hired! So I got to be partially in Elaine's care for my entire pregnancy and since I went past my due date, did have her support pp!
Elaine was absolutely amazing at supporting us through our first birth (during a pandemic no less)! She was so knowledgable, and was such a wonderful, trusted source of information throughout my pregnancy and in the weeks after birth.

I’m not sure words do justice to Elaine’s work, but she is worthy of all of the stars. I had the pleasure of being able to work with her as a birth and postpartum doula (what?! Did you even know?! Postpartum doula!), and she is magic.
