We are thrilled working with Ashley Minihan as our Doula and with the courses we have taken so far. We have completed the Spinning Babies Course, our in the middle of the Childbirth Education Course, and are signed up for the breastfeeding course and I truly love having this information for myself & my partner.

Working with empowered beginnings was an all around incredible experience! As a first time parent, having someone to help with questions as needed and be our support system from the first meeting to postpartum was the most valuable investment. We worked with Alysa and I couldn’t recommend her more.
