TLDR: Do I recommend FBC for first time moms? Not really. Do I recommend FBC for experienced moms? For sure. The entirety of my pre-natal care with FBC was great. Aside from a hiccup with my bloodwork that was an issue with the lab, not FBC, it was a very chill, and honestly fun experience.
When I was searching for my Midwife in 2020, I met Galyn. My husband and I stepped into Family Birth Center, and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. The birth center was beautifully decorated and so cozy and comfortable.
I can not say enough good things about this birth center and all the wonderful ladies who work here. The owner, Galyn, has delivered all 3 of my babies. She is an absolute angel. My husband and I moved to Texas when I was 6 months pregnant. I knew I wanted a natural birth and we stumbled upon FBC via google.
We had the most incredible experience giving birth here! Gayln and her team are truly FANTASTIC! We transferred into their care at 36 weeks and were warmly welcomed despite the late transfer. The Birth Center itself is so well decorated, creating the perfect, calming atmosphere - it’s SO vibey and relaxing!
