My wife gave birth to our first son Here! And it was a Great Experience, overall. Everybody told us go to Baystate to have your child, but we chose Mercy instead and we're glad that we did. All of the staff and I mean everybody was polite, professional and friendly.
Originally had a scheduled CSections since I had to have my first child via cesarean. Was told I could have another CSection or I could try VBAC, completely up to me.
I was hesitant at the beginning because of the reviews but Thank God I still had my baby at the family center. First baby was at Baystate, no complaint they did an awesome job but it was so different with this baby.
I recently had my first born here. My full honesty here, I loved it! From the moment we came into triage to the moment we left the hospital with our baby, everything was perfect!
