My wife gave birth to our first son Here! And it was a Great Experience, overall. Everybody told us go to Baystate to have your child, but we chose Mercy instead and we're glad that we did. All of the staff and I mean everybody was polite, professional and friendly.
I recently had my first born here. My full honesty here, I loved it! From the moment we came into triage to the moment we left the hospital with our baby, everything was perfect!
Delivered 3 babies there and was not disappointed. The personal was so good and friendly. I felt like we were heard and well taken care of. Nurses started doing less night visits which was a definite plus. The facility is a bit outdated but overall very nice and meets the need of the patients.
