We had the absolute best experience with Kimmy from Florida Birth Movement through our partner birth class. She took so much time explaining the birth process in a way that felt empowering instead of overwhelming, and she really helped us understand what to expect every step of the way.
We signed up for the partner birth session and we really enjoyed the personal experience in our home and felt like it was a great length and hit on the key points of preparing us for labor myself and my support person and was tailored to our personal needs.
I started attending Kimmy’s classes at 34 weeks pregnant, and she supported me in so many ways. Her guidance helped me prepare physically for labor, but just as importantly, she supported me emotionally as I waited for my baby to arrive on her own time.
I am so grateful that I found Kimmy and FL birth movement during my pregnancy! After going to one movement session I was immediately refreshed and energized and committed to practicing with Kimmy and her community at least every other week!
