I am surprised at all these negative reviews. I get that everyone has different expectations, but some of these seem a bit ridiculous. I injured my right ankle at my house and had to be driven to an ER. I searched the closest ER to me and that happened to be this facility.
This hospital was great. I went in off peak hours and checked their wait times and was literally taken right back to a room...no wait. The NP that saw me was fantastic and ended up doing a nerve block to get me thru to my appointment the following day.
My dad was brought here on Friday 1/30/26 and the hospital staff have all been so great! I don’t know why this hospital has low reviews. My dad was brought into the ER. The ER nurse called me and explained the situation with my dad. Then my dad was sent to ICU, that’s where I met some wonderful nurses.
Nurse Jennifer S was world class - competent compassionate and fully engaged with providing superb care for my wife. I forget the names of the others but the ER front desk on 11/24/25 was a wonderful person and JJ the imaging tech was superb and Chris the X Ray lady was fast! PA Abigail Chang was great!
