Where to find Grow Midwifery and Birth Center
What parents say
If I could give Melissa a million stars I would! I am not huge into western medicine and hospital practices and early on in my pregnancy I didn't have great experiences with my OB's approach to my pregnancy plan.
Melissa is absolutely AMAZING! I gave birth to my son at Grow in October 2020 and it was the most incredible experience. I initially started going to an OB when I found out I was pregnant but I didn’t feel like the doctor was right for me so I started doing some research and I found Melissa.
Melissa is just phenomenal. I hired her with my second birth to have a home birth. She has the warmest and sweetest spirit. She listened to every concern I had and answered every question with so much care and clarity.
I had my baby here in September of 2020. Rachel was my midwife. My overall experience was amazing. She thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was well informed. She was so attentive and made sure I was comfortable. The owner was also present with another midwife and they all helped me so much.

- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (805) 290-6210 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
