If you’re having a baby, get a doula. Plain and simple. Danica brought peace and strength in the most overwhelming moments of my life—physically, emotionally, mentally. Mamas are naturally BADASS, but Harmony Birth Services helped me feel empowered through my birth experience.
When my wife first described getting a doula I was hesitant. Looking back, I believe this was mostly out of my own ignorance about what a doula offers that a typical hospital stay doesn't. I am SO happy that we ended up sharing the pregnancy and birth of our daughter with Danica.
Danica was amazing to work with! She provided such great support to my husband and I before, during, and after my VBAC. My husband said it best in the delivery room when he asked Danica, "How does anyone do this without you?" We cannot recommend her services highly enough!
