Where to find Hatch Midwifery
What parents say
BEYOND AMAZING! Kelly saved me from an unwanted birthing experience. My husband and I will forever be grateful to her. **Kelly & Hatch Midwifery” If you are looking to have an exceptional prenatal, birthing and postpartum experience including lactation support services, look no further than Hatch Midwifery’s Kelly…
Birth is unpredictable, and a holistic experience. You want someone who acknowledges the reverence of birth, and having someone who can integrate the breadth and depth of pregnancy of birth and guide the parents.
I used Kelly Wong for my postpartum care and I am so grateful I did. I had a scheduled cesarean, and while some providers might have hesitated to take me on as a patient, Kelly was incredibly supportive and respectful of my decision.
Kelly is an incredible midwife and lactation consultant. Kelly gracefully blends the art and science of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum with acute clinical skills and deep empathy.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Hatch Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Hatch Midwifery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Hatch Midwifery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Hatch Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (415) 234-3144 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
