My 5 stars is for Dr Zerbe and Sonja. The receptionist I dealt with and one of the nurses gets -1 I have been a patient at Western Mass OBGYN for 30 plus years. I was told due to my age (65) that I would no longer be getting Pap smears, but Mary, who I adore told me if I ever had a problem to call and I would be seen.
have been trying for over a week to reach this office after about 30 phone calls and many voice mails. No reply and i was disappointed but on Feb 3 i tried calling again and i was lucky enough to get Myra to answer the phone, she had to check availability for me and said she would call me the next day, and she did.
I am new to this office and have only been to three appointments so far but every appointment i go to has been amazing. The Midwife Brenda is so caring and helpful and truly makes you feel comfortable. I cant wait to go through my next pregnancy with her and the amazing staff! She truley goes above and beyond.
I've never had a real problem. They always seem to ask questions and ask if I have any. I'm always able to ask and get sufficient. Sometimes the wait can be a little long and sometimes you have reschedule because of deliveries at the most interesting times, but I like it there.
