If you’re new to yoga or an expert, she will provide an amazing experience where you feel comfortable and safe no matter how far along you are in your pregnancy.
I cannot recommend Kristin's prenatal yoga classes enough! From the moment I walked into her class, I felt welcomed and supported. Kristin is an incredible teacher who creates a safe and nurturing environment for her students.
Kristin is such a genuine and loving soul. She took the time to make each student feel special and listened to all the problems I was having during my pregnancy and suggested ways to address them. She takes her time teaching yoga and is relatable, funny and overall a great yoga teacher.
Kristin is a pro and provides the perfect environment and flows for expecting and postpartum mothers. She is thoughtful and engages with her students to understand their particular needs and accommodates them accordingly.
