Where to find Labor & Delivery
What parents say
I had my first child here on June 20th. I was there for several days. Dr.Navarro was very thorough. He explained things very well and seemed to really care about my health as well as the babies. He was very kind and thorough.
I had my baby yesterday and I would 10000% recommend delivering here ! Thank you to my nurses joy and Emily 🫶 you made my experience amazing and made me feel so at home and comfortable while going through the process of having my son.
I had my baby here two weeks ago and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital. I was under the care of midwife Amanda Simon who helped me tremendously throughout my delivery. She was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging.
Had really nice nurses and doctors. The fellow that put in my epidural made jokes at my expense after I had been laboring for most of the day drug free so I think his bedside manner is terrible and lacking in empathy but the others were really nice.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Labor & Delivery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Labor & Delivery is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask Labor & Delivery about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does Labor & Delivery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Labor & Delivery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Labor & Delivery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Reach out through their website. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
