An unforeseen circumstances led my baby to arrive 5 weeks early. I had initially made a reservation with another company but unfortunately, the caregiver was only able to help out for the first 3 days after I got home from the hospital. Mama Castle was very professional and accommodating with my last minute request.
I had a wonderful experience with mama castle for my baby. I was matched with a postpartum caregiver/nanny during my second trimester. That nanny had a family emergency that came up about a week before my son was born so she was no longer available.
Great service and communication. I do not speak Korean and am not if Korean descent. Mama Castle did a great job in finding someone that was willing to commute and spoke English to accommodate our needs. My caregiver Sunny made us delicious food and always presented it beautifully.
Grace Jeon 이모님 stayed with us for the last 3 weeks and we are so thankful we hired her to help us. She mainly focused on 2 things: well being of the newborn baby and recovery of postpartum mom. Every morning, she prepared the mugwort sitz bath for me to recover from the vaginal delivery.
