I had outpatient cataract surgery on both eyes performed at this facility and could not be more pleased or impressed. Every one of Mary Rutan's personnel I encountered was warm & friendly, skilled, professional, gentle and caring.
I have had, since last spring, several procedures with several physicians : cataract removal, in both eyes; kidney stone removal, colonoscopy, and hemorrhoid removal. The doctors included ophthalmologist Julie Meier, a couple different emergency departments doctors, urologist Roger Amigo, and surgeon Anthony Beisler.
This place was great across the board Dr's nurses an all were magnificent although I do think there definitely under staffed they seemed truly concerned with what was going on around them when it came to there patients I just hope that people will remember , there doing the very best with what they have.
I have twice been at MRH ER in the last couple of months and surgery last week. I know everyone has unique experiences but I must say my personal one was excellent, efficient, professional and caring. The acute situation I came in with was addressed, mitigated and avoided a potential life threatening event.
