I just had my baby here at UMass memorial and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. I’m a first time mom and obviously never gone through labor and birth before. I had some complications with my laboring experience and the nurses and staff were so amazing.
This review may be a bit biased as I am a Umass employee, however I decided to deliver at Umass because of my exposure to the care provided. I highly recommend the Umass maternity center for anyone in need of obstetrics care.
The best team of Nurses and Dr’s even down to reception. Everyone cares listens and literally wants to help and make you as comfortable as possible. Thankful this is where I deliver my children.
I am leaving this review with immense joy. My first baby was born at this maternity hospital, and I would like to thank everyone who played a part in this process.
