I just had my daughter there in September 2016. I wish I would have been able to have had my son there in 2010. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. This is such a beautiful facility. Not only that, but almost all of the staff was so wonderful.
We had such a good experience here, all of my nurses were amazing! I wish I would’ve remembered their names but was exhausted from giving birth. They all went the extra mile and were so kind. My OB wasn’t there to deliver but the doctor who delivered was also amazing.
I cannot say enough good things about the labor and delivery staff. My step daughter had a c-section here. I explained to them that she was autistic with some pretty severe sensory issues and slow processing and was very anxious about the process. The nurses and Dr Barlet went above and beyond in their care for her.
I've had 4 children since 2016 and all where born at Mercy and delivered by the same Doctor and I loved my experiences! I had noticed another review someone left about their kid not being aloud back and there being no signs posted, I know this rule because it happened as a result of covid, they had to tighten things…
