What parents say
For most part staff was great. Wonderful food. Communication between a few nurses was a bit lacking. However my personal experience was fantastic. My self and my husband stayed very comfortable during our stay. I love the band system for parents and baby. They breastfeeding consultant was wonderful.
I've had four of my children at MercyOne. The nurses are always so encouraging, kind, and helpful. Always a good experience and joy to welcome another sweet child at this hospital! For two experiences Beth was my labour nurse -she's especially top notch! ...Betsy was great, too.
From the start to finish we felt cared for. The staff was knowledgeable and I trusted the decisions that were made. The nurses we fantastic and the doctors did a great job! I am so glad we went here for our care.
