I have never been more comfortable than I have with the Jennie Ed ER. I’m so grateful to have the crew I just had. They were so patient, caring and comforting. I have serious anxiety and panic so they took me serious and didn’t just give me drugs. They did the work to make sure nothing was wrong.

Staff are even allowed small forms of self expression, and seeing a pride themed badge clip meant the world and made me feel at ease.
My father was recently a patient at your hospital. I stayed in his room for two nights with him. Your staff (all of them) are amazing!. They are happy to be there, they are all smiling, say please and thank you to each other. Are very kind and helpful to patients and their families.
