I recently had a surgical procedure at the surgical center within Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel like I was their top priority.
I have had a serious mental illness for 16 years, and despite my best efforts, I have lost track of the number of episodes of mania/psychosis I've had. I've been to almost every mental hospital on the Wasatch Front (except the U). This is the best one, it's not even close.
Yesterday I ate a piece of salmon and had a bit of a scare after feeling like a bone got stuck in my throat. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one of the best healthcare encounters I’ve ever had. The ER staff were kind, attentive, and incredibly professional from the moment I arrived.
From the moment we arrived, the staff, nurses, and every single person involved in our delivery were nothing short of incredible. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made such an overwhelming moment feel calm, supported, and so special. I felt listened to, encouraged, and truly cared for every step of the way.
