My husband and I cannot thank the nurses at Avista new life birth center enough. We just had our first baby and they helped us SO much in the hospital in the first days of learning our new roles as parents. They answered all our silly questions and walked us through everything without judgment.
Just gave birth to my first child here and had a scheduled c section due to a breech baby. I went in very nervous about everything and left with confidence in my new role as a mom. All the nurses here were attentive , kind, knowledgeable and put me at ease.
Our night nurse Michele was really really amazing. She was super supportive and explained everything to us. Thank you Michele!
The nurses here.. Amazing! They were super caring and all about their patient. Didn't over step and let me have that much needed skin to skin right after delivery! They were on top of their job whenever I'd call but also weren't coddling me! Absolutely love this hospital and all of the nurses! Staff! Specialist!
Frequently asked questions
- Is New Life Birth Center a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- New Life Birth Center is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask New Life Birth Center about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does New Life Birth Center offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for New Life Birth Center. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does New Life Birth Center accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (303) 673-1000 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
