This was my first time attending a New Mom School series and boy was I impressed. I attended the Second Time Mom series and had no idea how much I would need it. You would think as a second time mom I would have everything figured out… well nope!
new mom school is such a special place for me and my family. initially i signed up for the first time mom newborn series just to get me out of the house during maternity leave. i loved it so much that i also ended up doing the infant series!
I loved my experience with NMS Yorba Linda! Following the recent birth of my son, I had major anxiety leaving the house and doing normal activities again, such as driving, seeing people, going to the store, etc.
I can’t fully express how grateful I am that I signed up for the newborn class. It was one of the bravest decisions I made during postpartum—it truly helped me begin finding my way out of postpartum depression. I still remember the morning I sent a DM to Marrisa on Instagram.
