This is a great practice. Being a physician I can objectively speak of everyone's professionalism here. The physician all have wonderful bedside manner, encourage questions and are very rational and practical. I see many complaints about the appointments being cancelled.
Visited a bunch of doctors here with my first pregnancy and had only great experiences. Recently saw nurse practitioner Jennifer Chung and she was great, very informative and pleasant.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews, I've had a wonderful experience here. The Doctors, nurses, staff have all been kind and compassionate towards me. I had to cancel an appointment and they were great about rescheduling. I've had no issues with communication.
A different OBGYN experience, since you meet a lot of different doctors, but I have enjoyed my second pregnancy and seeing the staff and Drs and the Naperville and Wheaton locations! Efficient, kind, to the point.
