Hands down the BEST OBGYN located in Santa Maria. The office never dropped the ball on anything! Tests results came back fast, phone calls were answered, scheduling of my c section was quick, they kept up on the care for me throughout my whole pregnancy making it easier for me to relax and trust them.
Overall, the care I received was fairly solid. Getting in touch with the front desk could be hit or miss; sometimes smooth, other times a bit of a challenge. The front desk team might benefit from some additional training, though that’s pretty common given how stretched healthcare staff often are.
My experience with this obgyn office has been pleasant every time. Everyone in the office has been extremely patient with all of my questions, and I feel heard with every concern, major or minor. I understand mothers can run high on emotions but they are very reassuring and their customer service is excellent.
Dr Bazargan was really nice and answered all my questions. She took the time to see beyond the obvious. The front staff did a great job getting me in quickly . The medical assistant was also very nice. I feel like the office has improved a lot .
