What parents say
The guidance, support, and positivity that Connie provided during the birth of our daughter was invaluable. My wife and I jokingly, but pretty seriously, say that it was a relief when she met us at the hospital because there was finally an adult in the room.
We had an amazing experience working with Connie. We weren't sure if we wanted a doula but we are so glad we worked with Connie and it was absolutely worth the investment. She was so helpful before, during and after the birth. Before the birth, she was able to answer so many questions and help us plan.
We knew we wanted a doula as soon as I got pregnant, and were so fortunate to have found Connie! First of all, she is just a genuinely kind and fun person to be around. She has a calming presence that makes you feel safe, supported and heard. She knows her stuff when it comes to pregnancy, birthing, breastfeeding, etc.
There are really no words to describe how much Connie’s support and guidance meant to my husband and me. She helped us prepare for our birth in ways I wouldn’t have thought to do without her. My husband and I were able to express our hopes and our fears for our baby, the birth process, and our relationship.
