Shari is an amazing midwife! We had a wonderful birth with her and couldn’t have asked for a better way to bring our son into the world. She’s so knowledgeable and has so much experience that it takes all the fear away knowing you’re in good hands. Her comforting and laid back personality also helps with that!
Shari was my midwife for my first birth at the birth center, but my daughter was breech and I ended up transferring to a hospital for a c-section. As soon as I was pregnant with my son, I called Shari. She had gone into private practice and doing home births and I was so excited for her to do my VBAC.
I am a practicing physician and Shari delivered my second born at home. She did GBS testing, all prenatal ultrasounds and made sure my wife was doing ok in terms of sleep, nutrition and so forth. The birth was an amazing, almost spiritual experience.
We've used Shari twice. We will never use anyone else. We drove 100 miles to use her the second time. No one closer was as qualified or as enthusiastic. Best in Colorado in our opinion.
