My husband and I missed out on taking the traditional hospital birthing classes, and while researching alternatives, he came across Estee’s Hypnobirthing class—something neither of us had ever heard of. To our surprise, it was conveniently located right in our neighborhood.
I took Estee’s 5-session hypnobirthing course this spring with my husband prior to delivering our first. We learned SO much from the class about what to expect from labor, delivery and postpartum and mostly, tools to help mentally and physically prepare for and go through labor.
