What parents say
We absolutely loved our experience with the Puget Sound Midwives & Birth Center and I would recommend them to anyone. My midwives were Heather and Blake and I enjoyed working with both of them.
I transferred to Puget Sound Birth Center at 19 weeks after having an okay experience with a OB. The OB would tell me "how are you feeling?" "Your belly is measuring on track" "sorry you're in pain, see you next week". For a first pregnancy, I wanted more.
I have nothing but good things to say about PSBC! My midwives were Heather and Blake, at Lake Washington Midwives. To give a bit of background, I recently gave birth to my fourth child with them. I had my first 3 with 3 different midwife teams at different birth centers.
Courtney was our primary midwife for my pregnancy, labor and birth, and postpartum. She and everyone at the birth center are so kind, easy to work with, and extremely responsive. As a first time mom it was important to me to always feel seen, heard, and supported and I always did.
