I am writing another review for my second child that I recently had here. In between my children, I experienced a miscarriage at 8 weeks that when I passed my baby it coincided as well with a prenatal appointment. Really heartbreaking but so grateful to be able to be there and have the support I did.
I am sure it is common to feel mad love for anyone involved in the whole magical miracle surrounding your birth experience. But I think it is UNCOMMON to feel mad love coming back at you and that you will be remembered. That's Roots.
So much to say, but I’ll start with saying THANK YOU to, Kasey, Kira, Kaitie, Rachel & Rebecca. You ladies don’t know how much you mean to me! After being juggled around and turned away by several different providers/midwives/obgyn because of my fibroids I had lost trust and the excitement of being pregnant.
Our birth with Roots, from the first day to the last in-home postpartum appointment, was absolutely phenomenal. This was our first child and the entire experience was new for us. We wanted a more holistic and natural birth while still assisted by trained and educated professionals.
