I recently had an emergency angiogram procedure at Unity Hospital, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and explained every step clearly, which helped ease my nerves.
I went to the ER early Monday, November 17. Fractured wrist and possible concussion. The care I rec'd was wonderful! Of course there was a wait. That's just healthcare in the US these days. BUT staff checked on me frequently and did what the they could to make me comfortable.
The best hospital I have visited in Rochester. From the moment my daughters were admitted for surgery, the care and compassion we received were exceptional. The doctors, nurses, and surgical team showed remarkable empathy and professionalism. Special thanks to Dr. W and Dr. Turk for their outstanding care.
Your staff is the best there is ! Wonderful people and the cleanest hospital I’ve ever seen. I want to say a special Thank you to Mandy for the prompt delivery of a commode and walker . You’re the Best Go Unity team!!
