There are not enough words to describe the amazing work that Helen did for us, during my pregnancy. It was my first pregnancy and of course I didnt know what to expect, the doctors don't give you any details about what is going to happen the day of the delivery.
Helen is a wealth of knowledge. I was so scared about birth going into our classes and she made me feel comfortable right away. She allowed me space to share my concerns and gave me so much information and tools that I could use to put my mind at ease.
Helen is absolutely amazing! Her aura gave my husband and I gave us so much calmness that we looked forward to seeing her every class. She debunked any myths that we had and did not hesitate to give us the facts of child birthing. I went into the hospital completely informed because of her.
THIS IS A MUST! After successfully completing Hypnobirthing I truly believe it should be mandatory education for any expectant Mother; if you’re still wondering if you should, I’m telling you the answer is YES! Plus, you’ll be so lucky to do it with Helen!
