I was admitted into the maternity center of Sentara CarePlex for labor and delivery. The medical staff (from the reception desk to the nurses and physicians) were incredibly professional, compassionate, and wonderful. They make it their mission to ensure you are cared for and treated as not just a patient, but family.
My daughter just gave birth here 8/19. From the moment we met Elizabeth and Dana they were both amazing. We literally felt right at home. If my friends and family needed recommendations it would be from you two. You two together are a beautiful combination! Go Sentara you rock!!
We had a fantastic experience with everyone we encountered in the LDRP during our time on the unit from the Midwife’s, Nurses, Lactation Consultant, Receptionists, Meal Service Providers and everyone in between.
I've had two beautiful babies at this hospital, 2019 and 2024, I had the best care for both. The nurses, doctors, and midwives go above and beyond. Everyone was kind and respectful.
