I quickly learned that she is so much more than a yoga instructor... Adriana is the person I trust most when it comes to pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
Being an incredibly Type A / task-oriented person, I needed a grounding force like Adriana to reassure and help me refocus on enjoying the journey through all the unknowns with the pregnancy of my firstborn Giovanni.
